Jared Haskell


Jared grew up in real estate, taking phone messages at home before the explosion of cell phones and spending afternoons previewing properties and door knocking neighborhoods with his mom. At 16 Jared became the part-time office manager and transaction coordinator at Valley Wide Real Estate, where he learned how to effectively deal with clients and the varying aspects of a transaction. Upon graduation from high school Jared worked in several fields before deciding to work in real estate. Jared has been licensed since 2006; he brings his past experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the business today. Jared continues to update his knowledge and skills and has recently completed certifications as a HAFA specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Jared has grown up in the Antelope Valley attending Quart Hill and Rancho Vista elementary schools, Joe Walker Middle School and Quartz Hill High School where he participated in the International Baccalaureate Program, receiving recognition in Reading and Literature, Algebra, Geometry, Chemistry and Biology as a recipient of the California Golden State Academic Excellence Awards. Physical activity is important to Jared having lettered in varsity football and swimming at QHHS he maintains his activities playing disc golf, hiking in the surrounding areas and volunteering as a swim coach for Highland High School.
